These terms govern your use of the website at hexlaw.ai and the free tools published on it (the site audit, cookie banner generator, intake form). They do not create a lawyer-client relationship and do not constitute legal advice. Engagements for legal services are governed by a separate written engagement letter signed by both parties.
1. Who we are
The site is operated by MB HEXLaw, a company registered in Lithuania with its registered office in Vilnius. Legal services are provided by Migle Dewsbury, an assistant to the Attorney-at-Law admitted in Lithuania and supervised by the Lithuanian Bar Association (Lietuvos advokatūra).
2. No legal advice; no lawyer-client relationship
A lawyer-client relationship begins only when (a) we have completed our conflicts check and AML/KYC verification, (b) you have signed our engagement letter, and (c) the agreed deposit has been received.
3. Free tools
The site audit and cookie banner generator are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Their output is a heuristic starting point, not a legal opinion, and may contain errors or omissions. You remain solely responsible for verifying the output and for your own legal compliance. We accept no liability for losses arising from reliance on the free tools.
4. Permitted use
- You may view, download and print pages for your own non-commercial reference or to take legal advice.
- You may quote short extracts with attribution.
- You may not republish, redistribute or build a competing service using our content without our prior written consent.
- You may not use the site to upload illegal, infringing, defamatory or malicious content, or to attempt to compromise its security.
5. Intellectual property
All content (text, images, code, designs) is © MB HEXLaw unless otherwise indicated. The HEXLaw name and visual identity are protected as unregistered trade marks under Lithuanian law.
6. Links to third-party sites
Where this site links to a third-party site (e.g. the Lithuanian Bar Association, the State Data Protection Inspectorate, regulators), we do not control or endorse those sites and are not responsible for their content.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HEXLaw is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or its free tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law (such as personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or the firm's mandatory professional indemnity coverage for engagement work).

9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published at this URL with the "last updated" date shown above.
10. Governing law and forum
These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vilnius.
